Do you liquidate furniture?

No, we do not take used furniture as our items are all brand new, but with liquidation prices!

Why do I see you on Facebook all the time?

We have gained a large presence on social media through constant client referrals and by promoting our great deals! At the time of purchase, you can even gain extra discounts by simply “liking” and “checking in” to our location!

Where are your custom made items made?

Most of our items are made locally, right here in the lower mainland! We also have other Canadian custom made suppliers over in Montreal, as well as custom suppliers overseas.

How long do custom pieces take to make?

Custom pieces typically take 4­-8 weeks. However, wait times are dependent on volume of orders, fabric choices, and product specifications.

Are the items in the showroom the only ones that can be ordered?

No, we simply display our best sellers on our floor. We have dozens of suppliers and thousands of items we can order in for you!

How long does it take to receive purchased items?

Arrival times depend on the product and the supplier. While we do keep many items in stock, others have to be ordered from all around the world, and this can take anywhere from 1-­8 weeks.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is outsourced to a professional third­-party company that determines their own rates depending on the number of items being delivered, the distance to your location, and the layout of your home. Typically, full-service delivery starts at $100. This includes bringing the item into your space, unwrapping and inspecting, and disposal of the garbage.

Can we pick our items up ourselves?

Yes, pick­ups are permitted. Items must be inspected completely before leaving our warehouse and cannot be returned if damaged during/after transport.

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale unless there is a warranty issue. In special circumstances in which returns are permitted, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied.

What is your warranty policy?

Warranty depends on the product and supplier. Typically, suppliers will offer a 1­-year manufacturer’s warranty.
